I don’t live in the UK, how much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and are dependant on the combined weight of your items.

I have placed my order how long will take to arrive?

Thank you for your order 💘 It depends on where you are in world but we tend to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days from our studio.

If you are based in the UK you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days from receiving your dispatch email.

All international orders are usually delivered within 7 working days from receiving your dispatch email.

Once we have sent out your order and its in the hands of the courier there is little we can do to speed up the process, if you would like a speedier delivery please email us at info@saltstudios.co.uk

Why does it take so long for my order to be dispatched?

As our little business grows so does our volume of orders (yay! thank you 💕), we are working super hard to get everything packaged safely and sent out to you.

I received a dispatch email but my order hasn’t arrived?

Before you get in touch with us please check the tracking information in your dispatch email. We send all of your orders tracked so you can follow its journey from our studio in London all the way to your door ✨

Please be aware that all orders (domestic & international) are experiencing huge delays due to Covid-19 and Brexit.

I wasn’t home and I missed the delivery?

We recommend that you contact the courier directly to reorganise a redelivery. You can locate this information via the tracking number in your dispatch email.

I’m an international customer, do I have to pay import tax?

Maybe! We are not responsible for any tax or import charges. We highly recommend double checking any fees you might incur before placing your order with us.
